A graduate engineer from the Arts et Métiers school, founder of Cap Ingélec, and president of Calès Technologies, Jean-Paul Calès—who has always been concerned about climate issues—founded NOVÉA to provide a concrete and transformative solution to these challenges. With more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, he is putting his industrial expertise and his ability to develop ambitious projects to work in support of the energy transition. He embodies the company's strategic vision and its ambition to make sustainable gas a reality in the industry.
A graduate of the Arts et Métiers school with a degree in engineering, former director of the Energy Business Unit at Cap Ingélec, and director of business development at Engie Cofely, Christophe has over 20 years of solid experience in the energy sector. Christophe leads NOVÉA’s operational development, drawing on his deep knowledge of the energy and industrial engineering markets.
A graduate of the Arts et Métiers school with a degree in engineering, Vincent was co-founder and chief technical officer of ValoSys, an engineering firm specializing in processes and atmospheric emissions. He honed his engineering expertise at OP Systèmes and Alstom Power. At NOVÉA, he oversees the technological development and design of pyrogasification facilities.
A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie et Physique de Bordeaux, Erika served as head of the industrialization department at Europlasma and as hydrogen project manager at Cap Ingelec. At NOVÉA, she coordinates the deployment of facilities, from the conduct of feasibility studies to the commissioning of production units.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, Laurent served as CEO at OP Systèmes and Roche Bobois Canada before co-founding ValoSys, a consulting firm specializing in industrial processes and atmospheric emissions. At NOVÉA, he oversees the sales strategy and develops relationships with industrial customers and gas suppliers.
